A. Unregistered Structure On a Registered Land

A Situation where unapproved building is being built on land with necessary approval from the government. The landowner has all supporting particulars alongside with certificate of occupancy or other form of document from the bureau. Document include; receipt, agreement, survey, C of O particular or other relevant document from bureau, Sworn affidavit.

B. Registered Structure on an Unregistered Land

All zoning laws are adhered with and building plan approval is giving for that already existing building but some structure is on a land without certified approval from the government in the area of ownership. Necessary document to be uploaded includes; Receipt, Building plans, Agreement, Architectural design, Registered survey plan, Pictures of the building as it is standing today, and sworn affidavit.

C. Registered Structure on a registered Land

All documents are completed. Approval is given for the building and the land is with al necessary document from bureau of lands. Document for lodgement included, building plan approval, C of O particulars, Survey, Agreement, receipt and other relevant document.

D. Unregistered Structure on unregistered Land

There is no formal documents from the agreement to show that the land has a rightful owner and the building is with plan approval from the town planning office. Document to be uploaded include; Receipt, Agreement, Registered Survey, Architectural Design.

E. Government acquired land

Land belonging to government for infrastructural development in the future, such land are been gazetted.
