How do I register?

Land or building to be registered must be done by an Estate Surveyor and Valuer who is certified ‘ALO’ Authorized Lodgement Officer. He must login with his professional number to get started.

Can I Register Someone else’s Property?

Yes, you can register another property owner’s land but must be done through a certified ALO.

Document to be Uploaded For unregistered property:

Purchase Receipt, Agreement, Survey Plan and other Relevant Documents

For registered property:

Certificate Particulars from Bureau, Receipt, Agreement, Survey Plan, and other Relevant Documents.
