Search is done on our online portal called PROPERTYFILE but the willing searcher must login with identification element such as; NIN, International Passport or BVN. Search can also be conducted through the assistance of an ALO.
How do you Source for Information?
There is an online registration portal on the platform where property owners lodged their documents through our electronic lodgement service with the aid of a certified ALO. New transaction on land/property is also digitalized. Secondly, we are also liaising with the Ministry of Lands and Survey of several state to digitalized deed registry archives so as to make application process easier.
Can I do Search on Another Citizen Property?
Yes, some of the information on our portal is for public consumption as long as you have the appropriate login details and specified fees as are paid.
How can I make the search easier?
You can access information online through; the survey plan number, certificate particulars number from bureau or through proper address after login in with your personal details, you can contact a certified ALO.
