Requirement For Search

A document search shows the information held in the PROPERTYFILE register. This includes registered property owners name and address, last transaction on the said property, mortgage details and document particulars.

Any interest searcher must login to our platform with either National Identity Card Number (NIN), Driving License Number, BVN or International Passport Number.

Searcher must fill the E-Verification form on the app and can search for relevant information on a particular property by PTA index number, PAD index number or Survey Plan Number.
